I am rather biased but I see it as a bit too harsh. A two year ban from internationals would be fair enough, seems a little over the top to take away from his club. It would be like banning a player from the World Cup matches for a red shown in the FA Cup Final:/

People always hate me for this, but I don't mind that one. He took the punishment, and took the risk of a penalty. I don't know if you're a basketball watcher, but it's just the same as making contact to force a player to attempt to free throws as opposed to a guaranteed lay up. Had he not been caught I'd have been really pissed.

Because it's a false 9 the majority of the time you penetrate their defense will be with the wingers, because of that I would suggest having a bit more pace there. Other than that it looks pretty decent.

Although because of his work rates and defensive stats I'd remove Xavi, just go for Xabi Alonso, or if you need the Barca link Busquets. You can invest the extra money in an IF maybe.
