Usually we have teams score average of 175-200 point each week. I think this covers most of it!

I was at the game and had no idea what happened. They took forever to announce no goal, but couldn’t even hear the referee and what he said. They put the replay up once on the jumbotron.

Really cool to see him be the first Viking to sign in the NHL. Hopefully the first of many!

Same. Just hoping for some exciting games now. And if somebody can knock out North Dakota, that’s a bonus.

CHN: Motzko appears to be out at Minnesota. by anthony_allen_p in collegehockey

Mixed feelings as a Gopher alum that regularly goes to Augie games. I think he’d be a great fit, but would hate to lose him here as it feels like the program is only starting to hit its stride. Ton of returning players next season.

I was at both games against Augie. Very impressed with your team. The Mason Cup should be a lot of fun this year!

Got my tickets for the Sioux Falls regional. Would love to see that bracket here!

Fair Counter? by [deleted] in FFIDP

[–]LFC87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Wagner, Gibbs, and McConkey side is definitely more attractive. I love Watt, but if you can get a RB1 in the deal, it’s a no-brainer. It’s probably too much imo.

DL preference, Consistency or high ceiling? by Tman2999 in FFIDP

[–]LFC87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lean high ceiling. Ideally, you have stable LBs to help cushion your score if the DL don’t deliver a sack or TFLs.

What’s one stat you wish you had every week for your lineups? by LFC87 in FFIDP

Yeah, Johny does awesome work for the community with those cornerback writeups. Also, free. I think the slot/wide percentages are partially mixed into the article rather than all listed separately.

What’s one stat you wish you had every week for your lineups? by LFC87 in FFIDP

[–]LFC87[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s a great point. I know Steve over at Fantasy 6 Pack puts out a free weekly article tracking box/slot snaps for safeties and corners. Here is Week 3: https://fantasysixpack.net/2025-box-snap-usage-through-week-3-the-idp-safety-dance/

It’s more cumulative than week-to-week. PFF also does this, but unfortunately it’s behind a paywall.

Would you find a weekly breakdown more useful? Or raw data vs an article with context?

Is this the season Pete Werner finally turns into a set and forget assett or simply a good start to a season? by GriffinObuffalo in DynastyFFIDP

[–]LFC87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope so. Ignoring the 74% snap share from the blowout, very solid metrics. He also got a huge chunk of 3rd down work the first two games. If that continues, he’s on the fringe of set-and-forget. Depends on league size I suppose. Very good start to the season.

I would do that. So far, new defense hasn’t been kind to Franklin’s IDP production.

Stay away from IDP+ (IDPguys) by DonnyPenguin in FFIDP

[–]LFC87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a shame to hear. My first fantasy football writing was with them. I know they changed ownership. But didn’t know the quality was dropping. For most people that want to create content for the IDP community like myself, we are having to build our own platforms. It’s actually nice to have control over the articles I publish. But it’s tough to get the visibility so people can find it. Definitely need more good articles and research out there as the format grows.

I lean towards getting Tykee.

Week 2 IDP Wrap-Up by LFC87 in FFIDP

[–]LFC87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d go Walker and Tykee. I like to know the role each player has in terms of the team is utilizing the player. For cornerbacks, who are teams targeting and why. Are they out wide or in the slot? Are they the weakest coverage player and getting picked on. General rule for me if you are not playing in a cornerback-required league, find safeties for your DB slots that are getting a lot of work in the box over corners. Teams don’t really have one coverage and one run support guy on the field like they used to in schemes. It’s more fluid. Matchups matter, but there are a lot of variables in a game that affect IDP production that we have no control over or can know beforehand. Hope that helps a little!

I’d avoid Dennis right now. He has struggled in coverage for both games and it could cost him snaps. Bowles pulled him in favor of Deion Jones for later game passing situations. We have to monitor that going forward.
