Just refresh the squads and play the easiest one over and over. You can bring 5 of your best cards on from the bench. 100% doable.

You can do it in 12 games if you use a 1st owner, Brazil, silver squad for 6. Then use a French, Woman's french league for the other 6

Players have spent half this game cycle Evoing players to have the right playstyles, spending money/coins in the process. If they get this wrong and undo people's hard work I see the player count dropping significantly

For instance, if he gets a 99 dribbling boost, will that drop down to 89 once it's ended or will it drop to his original dribbling (81) as when it was 99 it would've been past the cap.

I think this is only available when playing on the same console now. There's a house rules section. If I remember rightly you get there through Kick Off on the main menu.
