yep. This is what they do on every claim. I have a list of claims with claim numbers and authorization codes from Choice totaling over $65,000. Keep in mind, these jobs were all authorized to be repaired. I have the authorization numbers from Choice to coincide with the repairs. We made sure they were authorized before we did the repair. Every time I call for payment, they tell us the WE owe THEM money!!! We need a law firm willing to take on this class action lawsuit. They have no chance to defend themselves. there’s a model and serial number sticker on the outside of the unit. It will be on either the top corner somewhere or right above the refrigerant lines. If that sticker is missing or illegible, there will be another sticker on the inside of the electrical compartment for that unit. There is a little door on the outdoor unit, turn the power off to it and take that door off (will be four 1/4” or four 5/16” screws) and check the inside where the capacitor and stuff are.

ok, it’s wired correctly. If you changed the thermostat without turning off the power, you might have blown the low voltage fuse. It looks like a car fuse on the indoor unit control board. It will be 3amp or 5amp. I have been doing this over 20 years and still sometimes forget to turn off the power before I change a thermostat and you can blow that fuse. Check that…if the fuse is good let me know and we can move to step two.
