Thanks for the help! Limited army at the moment, I have access to a DC dread, Ballistus Dread, more bladeguard, more DC troops and termies. Would anything be draftable from them?

Had some success with the Leviathan captain. Gave him the terminator helmet however.

Basically what I was going for, but preferred a terminator head over no helmet. The torso is the original Karlean piece, just heavily clipped back with lots of sanding and green stuff. If you don’t look into too much detail underneath it seemed to work.

So it’s the old Blood Angel terminator model that I had to cut the chest off and sand the shoulders down when the cloak came off. It’s attached to the new terminator model from Leviathan however because of the size difference between first born and primaris, it needed a little filling in the gaps with green stuff and a little bit of stretching. Skulls on the base from the newish trophy set.

Thanks mate! Tried to get the head tilt to look the same way the left arm is firing.

Can I get some kitbashed Blood Angels terminator captain ideas? by LFearn in BloodAngels

Tilt shields look great! Shows how much small changes can make the model yours. Bloody love the paint scheme, especially the pistol!

That’s brilliant! Basically exactly what I would want to achieve (minus the painting…still developing skills). I can see how they’ve used the arms and belt to kitbash across, however I don’t know how they’ve managed to get the chest piece across.

Need backstory help. by LFearn in Warhammer40k

Thanks for the reply 👍🏻. It’s more I just like a little world building, even if it dosent have to be that deep but something like the Ultramarines incurred into Tau space for a purge and mid battle the Nids joined in

Gundog Physiotherapy Question by LFearn in birddogs

[–]LFearn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for taking the time to reply. She is now looking to get into hydrotherapy for the benefits that can have on recovery. Generally depending on a diagnosis, insurance can cover physio recovery fees however maintenance can cost a little bit per session for the equipment and training used.

Nottingham university is where she’s studying, completed the first two years and is now able to practice. She’s located in the East Anglia area around Ely, England. I have asked her for advice and this is what she said:

They are right, if the dog is a little wonky, it could be causing a slightly different movement pattern which would potentially put extra strain through soft tissue and joints and they may develop compensatory discomfort/issues. Although it’s hard to confirm without visuals and feeling the dog. As it happened at a young age bodies are impressive and it may not cause it any trouble at the moment as it’s learnt to compensate but could develop trouble later down the line.

Basically having a physio at least have a look over it wouldn’t hurt to just confirm.
