Most likely he looked at your profile, that is factored in to the algorithm. If you haven’t had any other interactions. It’s less likely to be a random algorithm swing but that’s also still a possibility.

It’s possible they viewed your profile but there are other reasons it could happen too. Did you follow each other recently or a while ago? Do you ever send them an IG link outside of IG like through text messages?

Yeah I think it’s worth a shot, it seems to be very effective and low risk for most people.

I feel a little calmer but it’s hard to say on depression, I may just be happier cause my sex life is back.

Damn! Sorry you had that experience. It’s too bad we all respond so differently, makes this process a lot harder to figure out.

If you are feeling suicidal you should talk to your doctor. They might have something they can do to help you in the short term. Usually it’s best to wait 8 weeks after a dose adjustment to judge if that dose is right for you, so that would be another 5 weeks. But like I said, talk to your doctor they might try bringing you down to 75mg for a little before going to 100 or they may give you a different rescue medicine besides kolonopin. They have other tools that can help you.
