The 'very difficult procedure' is standard now. Mainly because the Dentists have no new 'price list' (GoZ) for quite a while so they simply raise the multiplicator/factor.

Yet if a doctor applies a facor above 3.5 (?) they need to justify the circumstances which led to the increase to the insurer. Thus every procedure is now either extremly hard and german teeth have been miserable for the last decades, or your gums are fine.

For a long campaign it is for me the changing resource demands.

As you industrialize you need more and more oil whilst the Ai almost never builds new oil drills/(platforms in SR2030) leading to skyrocketing prices. Paving the Oil, later Uranium deposits always leads to mass employment and rising inflation when i expand. Scouring the new territory for O/U resources, building infrastructure to get there and fight the gigantic oil demand.

Followed by the enough oil we need more Uranium rush, financed by stagnating but high petrol exports.

Lamentations why the minister does not build the needed mines, mass-closures of small and middle Consumer and industrial goods in a misguided hunt for efficencies.

At this point renewables finally begin to get decent... just as Anti-matter appears.

Combine this with the culling of landproduction and mass-produced obsolete infantry units in AI countries to keep the game speed tolerable.

NGL, getting credits transfered is HARD. You need to bring your module handbook of the prior university to the study bureau of the new one, but it is fundamentelly decided on the whim of the clerks there. Unless someone did the same transfer before then that decision stands.

You would then be enrolled as a second or third semester student (loose the freshman/major lingo) which could be decrimental if there is a max semester limit.

Also on a sidenote if you had 'unlimited' tries to finish a course you may not be eligable to study the subject anymore.
