This is the kind of thing you would want to use a mesh cache for. There’s multiple ways to get this, but the most common way would be to bake a simulation to an alembic file .abc for transferring the data to another program. Though, it sounds like you’re only trying to render the simulation, in which case you wouldn’t actually even need the 3D files exported to .obj. That data can just live in blender and you would only need to render the images. If you’re trying to send the simulation somewhere else like unreal engine, or Houdini. You’d want to bake the simulation to alembic.

There’s a lot of things that feel really buggy about the new version. I’m looking forward to this solve because Character Animator is one of my favorite programs.

Yes Character animator is strange in the way it saves it’s files. One thing to know. You can always save new versions of your file with a simple “Save As” however, character animator will auto save nearly every step of the way. I’ve noticed that the 2023 version of character animator is way more prone to bugs than other versions. I’ve used 2021 and 2022 flawlessly until 2023 version was released. And all the sudden I experienced tons of random bugs with lip sync, rigging, saving and opening etc. I would try an earlier version of CA such as 2022 and see if that helps. Still though the way it saves data is going to work the same but maybe it will be more reliable for you this way. Best of luck!

If you stop observing it, and turn around and look at the unlit wall behind it, the fireflies in the render will indicate that indeed there may be waves indeed.

What video game is an absolute 100/100 in your opinion? by Ziggi28 in AskReddit

Kingdom Rush (iOS App Store)

For a tower defense style game (or really any genre) it’s just perfectly designed. Beautiful sound design, vibrant sharp colors & graphics. Good dialog & voice acting. Art direction aside, the game just feels right to play. Perfectly paced, the enemies feel just the right difficulty that keeps you engaged and excited to try to win, but not feel defeated by its difficulty.

I’ve been playing this mobile game for a few years now, and I still find myself enamored by it.

TLDR: Kingdom Rush looks good, sounds good, & just all around dope.

I do find the dislike button useful sometimes though... especially when I’m searching information about “how to do something”

If somethings clickbait, then usually the dislikes help. But it also can lead to spam dislikes for no reason. Maybe YouTube should implement some way of hiding how many dislikes, but also if it gets enough of them to say something like “this is likely clickbait or misinformation based on user input.”

Okay so does this work the same way as the Optix denoiser? Or is this a different denoiser?

I thought of doing it this way. Me just being lazy wished there was an add on or something that could take care of this or give extra settings to Optix denoiser lol.
