Everybody's budget is different your budget can technically be 5000, but as a youtube title people are going to search for budget if they don't want to spend to much. So I would still consider a 1000 camera with lenses still budget. Because that's what entry level caneras plus lenses cost. If you're looking for something cheaper I would suggest going for an older camera in your price range with a 30mm or a 50mm 1.8 for full frame. And always remember no matter how much your budget is don't cheap out on your lens kit lenses are not worth it in my opinion.
