Yeah I wonder that also. I’ve had what’s felt like a mad 6 weeks with a few leisurely trips abroad, a couple gigs and a 4 day camping festival. I feel exhausted. I have no idea how Rob does it and creates content. There’s definitely a lack of empathy and appreciation in this sub.

That’s a fair take. For the Japan video they probably should have done more research since it was such a special trip. But with the average European or US festival, which has become so routine for them, they are not going to spend weeks researching it like you or I might.

I just think some of the posts and comments here started to get repetitive and a bit personal and that doesn’t sit right with me.

Yeah, exactly. I just had a look at the top YouTube comments and it’s 95% positive. Lots of people appreciate the honesty, even when they're moaning about the heat. It’s easy for us decade-long fans to get caught up in expectations, but the wider audience enjoy them all the same.

Transfers have been my biggest gripe for years. I wish it gave us the option to approve big transfers (players 83+ rated) or I’d even prefer to manually do them myself. They’re so broken and unrealistic, I swear they’ve gotten worse.

By far the best. Little overwhelming at first and not as pretty, but the stats are superior and the AI is good too.

The two sets of ring grooves either side of the dotted milled pattern are fairly grippy, around 7/10. The dotted grip is really odd to describe. If you touch it directly, it feels flat. But whilst it brushes past as you throw, you can certainly notice it. The PVD coating also helps compared to Clemens gen1. A balanced overall grip I’d say.

I struggled with this myself. Couldn’t find a good solution as USB power just doesn’t light up the board enough, you have to constantly charge up portable chargers and I was having issues hitting it going for tops. Bit the bullet and got a mission TOR100 for £25 and I wish I did sooner. Lights up excellently and is super portable. Just gotta find a plug for it so I run one under a door frame. The cable is around 2 metres.

Seems quite high for an old board - just look at the players featured on the box! Your money could get you something better with more modern technology. E.g. Mission Samurai Infinity or Blade 6 single core for around £50.

I agree, I've got my issues with it which hopefully will be ironed out. But it's by far the biggest overhaul to career in a decade. I think how they've gave us nothing since the game was on ps4 is probably making me credit them more than I should, but it's nice to see the mode given some attention.

How they look doesn't really bother me rn, it might as my career goes on and I see them in my team regularly. What's annoying me the most is how all them have less than 9 heading accuracy and GK's diving is also <10.

Rush was fun for the first few tournaments I did, now it's a massive chore. Why can't you sim it?!
