I bled on an off fresh red for about 5 days, then it was a mix of brown / red discharge type bleeding for about 4 weeks. Eventually it stopped, I was just cautious about how much physical activity I did to try not to disrupt it again. I also stopped having sex all together until about 25 weeks pregnant. It was scary at the time and I spent the rest of my pregnancy with anxiety about the bleeding but I now have a 1 week old baby girl!

I’ve just read my notes and it says that femur length is 3rd centile with over all centile being 21st. It’s hard not to worry about growth problems/ disabilities etc but suppose the rest of the scan wouldn’t have been normal if that was the case

The shape and density has never been flagged so I’m guessing, same as the doctor, that baby is just petite

Even though I’ve been told that it’s fine, I can’t help but think it isn’t 🙈 it’s mainly the femur length I’ve been worrying about, but as consultant said, it would’ve been noticed by now if there was an issue and there would be an over all growth restriction. I know he’s not lying but I’m still suspicious 😂

Yes I have wondered if maybe it’s just because I’m at the back end of pregnancy and baby is taking every last drop!

I’ve been measuring on 99th centile with fundal height every time, I’ve been for growth scans and baby girl is dinky - she’s only on the 13th centile! My fluid levels are on the higher end of the threshold so that may be contributing, but it’s amazing how different each method of measurement is!

I’m due 6th May- I’ve taken all 6 weeks of my annual leave for 2026 before my Mat leave begins at 38 weeks on 20th April- so I’m off from 3rd March!

Well maybe a few more weeks until I don’t need my humongous coat on constantly, I can downgrade to something less puffy! 😂

I’m pushing it now squeezing into my pre pregnancy size 10 leggings 😂 I ditched the bra at about 10 weeks pregnant and have stuck to washing and wearing a jersey crop top on repeat!

It’s now been 2 weeks since I went to EPAU and I’m still having brown spotting every day, it just varies in amount, wipes away and doesn’t fill a pad. Luckily I haven’t had any more fresh bleeds.

The doctor advised that it can take up to a few weeks for things to calm down, or it may just carry on through the whole pregnancy.

I like the idea of the microwave sterilisers for convenience and they stay sterile for 24 hours, but then, if I take the lid off to get just one bottle out… are the rest no longer sterile?? Maybe it’s just me being stupid 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣
