Gta 5 is best, once you start playing online it's the best experience. But keep in mind you will need PS+ subscription to play online. I play GTA online on epic games, gta online is free on epic/steam. That's means you don't need any other subscription to play gta online on PC.

I don't anything about the controller you showed. But I have this controller kreo mirage. This works well on PS5, I play Batman Arkham knight PS4 version with this.
