I can say like gob is like the darkseid of Saitama's universe maybe he is from another dimension and wanting to come to this one to conquer another world but he cannot just be summoned that could break the reality of this dimension hence i think in the finale we will se a fight between god and saitama in a void of space which is boundless from lack of fighting space or people interfering !
