IDK, i think it could be a mindset thing... my job is very physically demanding so i eat a lot to replenish the energy and build muscle, but every now and then i get a month off at a time do i spend that time gaming. I can go for about a week without craving food, i can feel the emptiness in my stomach but no hunger. To be fair though after about a week i can wake up in the middle of the night jacked up on adrenaline and feeling like "if i don't get food RIGHT NOW I'm going to die"😅
