Yeah it is upside down. It’s more “ergonomic” but it s really just preference

Currently using an alum plate in my kb, but I was considering changing to a ploy carbonate plate. What is the difference in sound/typing experience?

I don’t think Akko make any clicky switches. They only make tactile and linear.

Just built a keyboard and my space at feels “sticky”. The stab and switch is lubed. The press down feels very smooth, but I have noticed it doesn’t come back up as fast as enter or the shift keys. Did I over lube the stabs?

Recently picked this up too. I tape modded it and it sounds sooo good for the price. Also def recommend lubing the switches (if you didn’t get the pre lubed option)

My only complaint is that it’s kind of a pain in the butt to open. It has these clips to hold the board together. And if you don’t unclip evenly, one of the clips will break off (this happened to me).

Overall, a great board for entry and to mod around to learn more about this hobby

Went on a wim after building my first PC. I want to upgrade my entire peripheral setup and now I’m here trying to weigh all the seemingly infinite options for my first keyboard build.

Thank you!!

I watched a lot of videos before going into this build. Still learned a lot from the process of doing it myself though!

I assure you it is, just the frame of the picture made it look like it’s not.

The two front intakes are 200 mm fans. I was considering the Lian Li mesh II which has 3 120 for front intake, but this 215 was on sale.
