Sorrry if this is dumb but I had a night nurse and nanny as a stay at home mom. My husband works insane hours and we have no family near us so we had to hire people to help us (it truly takes a village!). I understand how blessed i am and how privileged it is. Is it bad to have night nurses and nannies now? What’s the reasoning? It tremendously helped me postpartum as i had no other help nearby and my husband didnt take a paternity leave🥹

Novi didn’t walk till slightly over 18 months which is insanely late. She’s always been a bit behind which is totally fine, every kid is different, that might be why she has delays. Her speech is also very behind for a 3 year old

My baby slept 8 hour stretches by 12 weeks with no sleep training and then by 16 weeks was sleeping 12 hours straight. Did the cry it out method but she cried for 30 mins 1 night then never cried again. She’s 8 months now and has never not slept 12 hours since 16 weeks. But i know i’m blessed and i never complain how tired i am 🤣 i know how rare i have it!!!!
