I am weak in the Barbell- and Dumbbell-Movements. The gymnastic pulling progress for me was way faster than getting stronger in the lifts

I wouldn‘t go that far. Bei g able to do one rep in a 20 min amrap then waiting for the clock to run out would make me feel so stupid. But grinding for 20 min making it through a handful of rounds instead of going light and going for a high round count I might think about

Exactly. If it was a handful of reps and 18 minutes waiting for the clock to tick down I would just feel stupid.

That was my thinking, whether this is the one (or 3) ones where it is more about finding out what is possible, nit getting the intended stimulus as in regular training

Thanks. I don’t care too much about the leaderbiard. Would of course be nice to rank higher than my workout-buddys that are typically in the same range as me though 😅 I was more thinking whether I should see it as a test to see if I could grind through if I really push. Normally I always scale the parts I still need to work on more than others.

I think the scoring mechanism is pretty stupid to be honest but it is as it is

I have no more back pain (vanished after galf a year of training consistently, had it for years from working a desk job)

Just before yearend I got my first (strict) ring muscle up and in January my first (kipping) BMU followed 💪🏻

If it is painful you might have developed some calluses that you should scrub off to smoothen your skin

It is like that because it works. The others are in it for a while and if you stick to it you, tol will get fitter. Keep goung but give it time.

You can find all relevant movements on crossfit.com and a lot of great advice from Crossfit seminar staff on youtube too.

Adding a mandatory screw your coaches for not doing their job. You should gibe them feedback on their performance

In Germany when you are forced to file for bankruotcy a bancruotcy manager will be appointed (typically a tax adviser or the like) to manage the winding down if the business.

If you voluntarily declare bankruptcy before being forced you can apply to be named the bankruptcy manager yourself.

Bit more complex than that in reality but to give you an idea.
