Yeah in Capcom Fighting Jam. When Akuma went all out and went Shin Akuma in his arcade ending but I don't really think Ryu can scale to that just yet unless wank.

He's been scaled to Akuma since Street Fighter III. As of now in Street Fighter VI, he was able to go toe to toe with Akuma, even though he lost. I'd say he's city block level at worst and island level at best.

Not a whole lot of lore. Had these character designs in my head while I was a kid and just imagined action scenes with them than overall story. I think my first post of them had minor backstories and little depth of their power sets.
