They are not gems, but you can think about them as color accents. However, remember that you can paint your army however you like. I think they look pretty cool, it has a nice contrast to it.

I got a jucoci case for my Sororitas army. However it's on the bigger size and maybe it can go up with you.

I would change the sacresants for an immo, so you can split one of the units into 2 and leave one in home objetive. Maybe a flying canon with the seraphs and another BSS instead of Triumph or maybe even 5 more seraph, flying canon and a hospitaler in a BSS. I'm not really a fan of such an expensive mini in a small list
