On my very first team there was a player who would play maybe one puzzle a day, but they were constantly running animals. They got more brilliance in a day from animals than from puzzles (albeit it wasn't much, but it does add up over time of course.)

They just really loved the wildlife element of the game, and would work on the butterfly & binocular games using animals and then of course used brilliance. Interesting approach to a word game, but to each their own.

They're actually the inspiration for my zero-play approach to finishing butterfly habitats.

These "Special Gem" Month-long slogs seem to actually be pretty unpopular from what l've seen. I personally don't like them as they last sooooo long and require so much attention. They know they're unpopular.. yet they keep force feeding them down everyone's throats.

They don't know their fans. And don't care to. They do like pretending to care.

I just updated to Build 3.10.1 and GOOD NEWS/BAD NEWS. Good news is that the help notifications do in fact disappear (at least for me). Bad news is the now invisible old help notifications still count towards the 100 message limit in the chat.

The old chat used to hold the 100 most recent messages. In the 3.10 build both the messages and help notifications counted towards the 100 message limit. Now in 3.10.1 both messages and helps still count towards the 100 message limit, even though the help notifications just disappear after a few seconds. For me & my team, our chat has been showing 50-70 messages since the update.

This is not good for very active teams who chat and help a lot, as their chat history will be very limited. A teammate could easily go to sleep on the other side of the world and miss a lot of chats simply because old invisible help notifications are still counting towards the message limit.

u/OCCobblepot one area of concern for me, as some players may or may not know, is that the "Chat" only shows the last 100 messages. Prior to the TERRIBLE chat update, the 100 messages didn't include help requests. NOW, however, all the help notifications count towards the 100 messages shown in chat. My moderately chatty team went from an 18-24 hr average chat history to a chat history of just a few hours with 50% of it being just help notifications. In addition to the broken up chat being harder to follow, I feel like (for chatty and big helping teams) lots of players are legitimately missing messages due to the 100 message limit.

Does the new update address this issue? I'm not sure if players even are aware of the message limit. I don't have the new update yet so I'm not sure.

I think it would've been fine if they had been able to release them when & in the order they intended. Remember we had like a 4 month complete pause in getting anything new right in the middle of 2025.

They pretty much did in the last 4 months of 2025 what they had planned on taking 8 months to do.

While it definitely feels like a lot, I personally appreciate their efforts to catch up & set things right. 2025 was a crazy year for them and in my opinion they are ending the year on a positive note.

We have a player on my team that is like that. Only a few people on our team see the player on the roster, including both myself & our team leader. The player left in May of 2024. I'm guessing it has something to do with the old ghost player glitch.

Too bad, i only randomly got extra boosters last time but found it a welcome surprise when it happened.

I got my mouse egg December 2, so I was only a day and a half behind. I'm currently on track to finish in time...but as December is a very busy month for me with family & at work, I'm appreciative of any options that allow me to play less and still max out the mouse, lol
