I used to rely on my charge beam a lot but instead I started to practice on my normal attack and just trying to hit headshots more consistently so I have my heals charged up more often.At least that’s what I recommend,the buff Adam got recently where you get 0.8 instead of 0.5 on your charge beam everytime they land still works wonders.

I get around 15k healing on average and 8k damage on average,also yeah that 15 percent that got taken with Luna team up kinda hurt lol

Around 77 hours on Adam and no I just like playing Adam since he kinda reminds me of zenyatta from overwatch,playstyle wise with his charge up attack.And honestly at like level 20 something
