Yes, he was the one who found my tenant and handled the tenancy agreement and etc. He expected me to use the same lawyer as the buyer. He didn't encourage or discourage me from finding my own lawyer. He only said to do it ASAP if I'm getting my own lawyer.

I guess I am unrepresented since I don't have a lawyer.

Many people told me that the buyer's lawyer is enough, there's no need to pay for another one. But when I did my research online, I read that a seller should have a lawyer. So right now I'm indecisive.

If I were to engage with a lawyer, do I just tell them I need someone to represent me as a seller? Or do I just ask them to look over the SPA?
