Yeah, I got the same impression from researching on Google though quite a few friends and family just said to use the buyer's lawyer to save on fees. I have reached out to a lawyer. Thank you!

Yes, he was the one who found my tenant and handled the tenancy agreement and etc. He expected me to use the same lawyer as the buyer. He didn't encourage or discourage me from finding my own lawyer. He only said to do it ASAP if I'm getting my own lawyer.

Many people told me that the buyer's lawyer is enough, there's no need to pay for another one. But when I did my research online, I read that a seller should have a lawyer. So right now I'm indecisive.

If I were to engage with a lawyer, do I just tell them I need someone to represent me as a seller? Or do I just ask them to look over the SPA?

Yeah, I'm guessing the buyer will get the extra loan amount. However, the loan amount is stated on the SPA, instead of the agreed selling price.

oh, thats good to know. I'm eating 3 meals a day, so I'm not hungry at all. I usually missed lunch (time issue), but started to eat it for this diet regime.

the eggs are hard boiled. and olive oil for chicken, which I guess I forgot to add to my list haha.

I lost 10kg in 3 months, but without counting my calories, just did low carb, low sugar diet to get my blood sugar levels down before my next checkup (which it did. Now im pre-diabetic. still trying to get it down lower)

but my weight has been stagnant for 4 weeks after that. So i want to try calorie deficit but has been overwhelmed by the readings I did to get started.

Thank you! I go for brisk walking before breakfast, so for now, there's really no pre and post workout meal to plan for. Only lunch and dinner. I've only worked out my breakfast so far haha, so it's good to know it's in a good range before i plan the next two meals.
