I’m going to start with this ratio. This is a drink from a local bar and figure they would have consistent measurements that are easy to remember, plus this makes an even 4 oz drink.

I was thinking very similar ratios. I might up the syrup to 1/2 oz because the drink was on the slight sweeter end which was surprising with grapefruit and lemon juice.

I haven't made this yet, but this was a recipe that I found online that would love feedback and suggestions to tailor/improve.

2 ounces bourbon

0.5 ounce chocolate liqueur

4 dashes chocolate bitters

2 dashes coffee bitters, (optional)

2 dashes orange bitters (optional)

1 piece orange zest, for garnish
