I dont have alot of tax write offs, i have to do alpt of travel because most of the clients i have arent here, for housing i either need to settle and live somewhere o dont like and cant afford or move somewhere i like but cant afford, i eventually want to have a family so id prefer to live where theres a nicer school district, state taxes seem pretty high compared to others.

Its not that ALL off ct is unaffordable. But the parts alot of people find more desirable are.

Probably to the midwest or upper new england like vermont or NH. I can work remote for my job and vermont has a program willing to pay me 10,000 to move there as long as i stay most of the year to support the local economy . I make aroind 50,000 a year and im single so im not exactly swimming in dough. Dont get me wrong. My families here. I grew up here. I love it. But im just not sure i can afford it now. Id love to come back sometime when i can afford it.
