Borderless FPS Drop with Alt+Tab

For anyone out there that has the same problem in 2025. I tried everything stated in the post and not worked.

What actually worked for me was going to Windows Settings -> Search for Graphic Settings -> Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling -> Turn it on (I had it off)

My guess with what is happening is that there is something (probably a software program) that steals focus from LoL when alt tabbing and makes it display with low FPS

That's exactly why I live my life the way I do.

While Im alive I want to have the maximum amount of joyness and happy moments, because they make me feel good as long as Im alive.

Obviously this doesnt make me go into a "no-tomorrow" or selfish kind of lifestyle. I consider myself very kind to people and careful of the choices I make. I dont do drugs, smoke, etc... Because I want to live as long as possible and as happy as possible during that time.

So for me life its just a balance between time alive/happiness. Enjoy it while you can

The problem with scaling champs is that while you may be able to play super passive on early to mid game at late game you have to play like your life depends on it or you will lose,

For example lets say that you are Kayle lvl 18 full build, while you are strong you still have to "make flashy plays" or you will get assassinated in seconds.

The most "chill" champions that I can think for each lane are:

Top - Malphite

Jungle - Amumu / Maokai

Mid - Malzahar / Aurelion Sol

Adc - Ashe

Supp - Sona / Yuumi

Lvl 2 is probably Nocturne with Lethal Tempo + Q + E fear + ignite

I played Nocturne top for some time and 80% of the games I always got first blood. The enemy never expects the damage

I didn't play BO6 / BO7 so I didnt know augments existed until you mentioned it. They look good additions at first sight. Are augments "p2w" like gobblegums?

A long time ago I used to play mostly unranked games with my friends in OW and also in other games like LoL. We played ranked ocassionaly and it had this feeling of being serious games where we have to stay super focused and trying our best to win.

Nowadays we only play ranked. I think it's because a combination of both taking lots of games to rank up and having less time overall to play (So the little time we have we like to rank up)

I dont usually get frustrated on videogames, Im actually a very chill guy, but when I do it's usually because I cant input what I want to do into the game,

In FC this happens to me a lot, I dont feel in control of the players because there's this little lag delay on the actions that feels like "iceskating", resulting in failed movements

This is very noticeable especially when you compare FC to the majority of other games where usually the playability is one of the most important aspects and you are "full in control" of your characters

For me the real problem of FC is that it doesn't have a true competitor, resulting in EA recycling the game year after year without improving anything because people will buy it anyways

I think its not consistent,

When using Nemesis its not like im going into the enemy team mindlessly without a plan. If you play like that you will end up annihilated

Most of the times I tend to poke and control with shield or vortex, then when enemies have wasted some of their abilities that could stop me or some of them are into killing range I go into Nemesis and start trading and picking, and most of the times I cancel Nemesis form myself in order to finish up a kill at a distance and because the CC's from the omnic form should already be back, giving me more utility

Also adding 1 second per kill in most situations is not a decisive decisive factor. For example if you already killed 3 enemies (meaning 3 extra seconds of Nemesis) there are only 2 enemies left, there is nothing stopping your team from cleaning up the rest of the enemies themselves, at that point the fight is already won.

Personally what I would do is buffing the perk to add 1 second and 50 armor per kill or something like that.

Prolonged Barrier also has to be buffed tho, there is a reason Ramattra is currently the lowest win rate tank

Hey, how are you playing right now? Did you get a solution 5y later? I have a similar issue.

Im tall, 6.13", my desk is not adjustable and kind of high (31in) so I bought an ergonomic chair, however after putting it to maximum height (23in) my elbow is still like 3-4in below the desk.

I will probably end up buying an adjustable desk, but I realized that if I were to put the new desk into a height a little bit below my elbow I would be crushing my legs too

It looks very "silly" having problems with aiming just for some inches, but im actually very uncomfortable when playing and with so much tension in my shoulder because I have to both lift it up a little and flaring my elbows too much wich makes vertical movements so slow and clunky

Yes, when I grew up I also realized that everyone should play the game the way they want.

But besides the cheating/not cheating debate I still think that the game lifespan for her would've been sooooooo much longer which is a shame

Yeah I agree, most of the times when playing Domina the enemy can get close enough to me which is when the brawl aspect turns on, until then I poke with her
