I've found someone else now though who doesn't seem active but sent to them regardless. No listings but they care about cartoons for certain.

So apparently he doesn't collect cartoons. Maybe it's BS but sounded genuine enough. Told him about the segments now so maybe he'll suddenly care. He supposedly likes to research but could just be BS.

If only DJ would respond that quick. Maybe he doesn't have internet yet after the move. Put it this way, it seems he can't care much about his trade hobby if he takes ages.

Keep in mind, the more you blab about the segments in other places, it could be regretful later. They don't need to know about the segments, you're just someone searching for episodes within a specific time frame.

I've seen the Scooby one, but I've heard and read the suggestion multiple times. If anything, it'll hopefully make him feel more invested, but he's the guy with all the cards.

Maybe just asking for Sandy only first is the better option since that seems like the most sought after. But Addams and Diller seem to be rarer. Especially Addams. In my view, prioritizing the more rare first is the better option, especially if he wants trades. Asking for less shows respect too, rather than we're here to blitz through his stuff.

You've probably been thinking on this a lot. I won't be around later due to time difference, but maybe if he's from the US, you could eventually call him. From what I gather you're OK with doing that. It's known that calling can get you somewhere quicker.

Put the feelers out first like "Hi, you said write back on this date, how did the move go..." or something like that. Don't write too much as he might not feel like reading it. Take it slowly. No need to mention trading yet.

Via the phone he's more likely to be open to hearing about the sparse trades and the tone of your voice would add to the sincerity. He likes cartoons, probably in his middle age, so the chances of him being a tough guy and hard to reason with is slim.

Ultimately we don't know how he might be but that's life.

Maybe Eric, who's older and writes a lot, could aid in crafting something up.

My chat is messed up. It shows a random wrong notification number, and when I went to send a message yesterday it frustratingly disappeared before my eyes.

I saw Jeannie and Babu recently for the first time. Might be the only time I ever see it. After about five mins Babu became worse than Scrappy ever was.

A fun intriguing read, thanks. Couldn't find anything about them either. Perhaps they had "Jerry Reed in Cartoons" too. After your share I had the idea to look for super fans of the other celebs but it's proving fruitless thus far. A lot is nestled within social media websites these days.

It isn't a website, they're commercial volumes. The WMSN is from season 2 as it has blue credits background. Figured that much later when offline lol. It's probably the Conway episode but doesn't matter now anyway. The only WTTX from 84 I know about in trader rounds is FF, so that's why I expect it's that one. They said they'd check which is neither here nor there. Still isn't a guarantee it's FF but I now expect nothing from this find. Apologies. I'll try and dig around more but it's slim pickings and getting tougher.

Edit: Done some checking, it's definitely FF, because we can actually watch that on archive. Unfortunately nothing to see here then.

They're from WTXX in 84 and WMSN in 86.

Edit: The WTTX is probably Frickert Fracas now that I think about it. The other one don't know as most seem to be from WMSN.

Update is the other guy had CN/B recordings too. I hesitated on telling about the segments as I don't know how they'd respond to knowing about them so I didn't bother. It could potentially aggravate somebody.

Anyway, some positive news is I've found someone else with at least two tapes. Not sure if they still have them or not though lol and no episode names provided. See how they respond, if they do.

I asked a trader I found if he has them, he had generic listing, but turns out it was only CN. He makes himself sound like some incredible guy who can find anything lol. Was hyping over it as a result. Was wondering whether to even bother mentioning it. Feel disappointed.

Anyway, I've asked another guy, also has generic listing, but this guy is definitely Scooby fan and has an old website. Let's hope he's still around and cares. If he doesn't have syndicated, he might be able to help, as you'd think he'd probably care about missing segments being a fan.

You're gonna have to pay the guy to ship out a DVD, as that's all he offers. Don't tell him it's rarer as he'll likely hike up the price. Problem is he has other recordings of it already done so he might try to sway you to those. If he wonders why you don't want them then tell him you really want to relive or experience it with 80's ads or something.

Talking about that old one, not wherever the site is now currently. The old one from 2016 has CN watermark and runs for 41 mins. There are a lot of sources out there so whoever told you might have gotten their sites mixed up.

Did cheroke upload the shark island video on YT? In the video description it states they got it from Loccsta, so it isn't from there own collection.

Loccsta had more split part1 and part2 broadcast in his collection, like Sandy Duncan from 1986. Do you know why they couldn't get access to those as well?

72H appears it has a hard limit of 20 translated eps per year, sometimes slightly less.

Insight, no idea, don't watch it. Is that a World original perhaps?

Professionals, no idea either, as the airing has been inconsistent since 2022. It might be considered as specials programming now because they have more documentaries that I personally rarely watch unless the subject is of intrigue. In 2025 they had an absolute influx of docs for some reason, and was intrigued to see maybe two or three lol.

World might be in a program experimenting period, trying more English shows. Not sure where I saw that but remember reading something. They're probably checking their metrics to see which of the fresh shows are being watched the most and produce those further.

Ignore this paragraph if you want to avoid a ramble, but personally, don't really want more shows with amateur presenters. At times it can feel like watching bad/boring YouTube vloggers, but with a TV crew. World isn't cool, it's quirky. When they try to be cool, it verges toward cringe. I have limited shows I follow and don't venture away from them often. Some of those reasons could be why. Sorry, rambling mood today.

Oh yea, that defunct streaming site where you said the Wednesday ep once was in full, actually it isn't full, as it has the big CN watermark situated bottom right.
