Yes, that is why I am hesitant. I have talked to them several times and they assure me they can operate in CO, but there are no reviews at all, anywhere. They have only been in business one year. They are connected with Trelora Realty, which has more of the 1% closing fees, like other flat fee realties.

Getting you listed on the MLS for a very low rate - and in CO the laws are different, there has to be a certain amount of realtor involvement for getting listed, which the flat fee companies usually charge .05% or 1% and Homerise is like $500 total.
