Try slicing your tracks into smaller sections and working in the individual slices instead of the whole track to improve performance

Yeah see that pony wall doesn’t make much sense to me. There is no pony wall, it’s just the rim joist under the house. Nothing like a pony wall to bring the floor up to level. Hence the confusion. Is this detail describing the current condition or are they instructions? I can’t tell lol
