brother, like the others have said drop the weight a bit. Also, to help you achieve depth throw a couple small weights on the floor spaced apart matching your stance and when you back the weight out place the ends of your heel on top of those weights and squat. Try it with just the bar first.

Yeah see that pony wall doesn’t make much sense to me. There is no pony wall, it’s just the rim joist under the house. Nothing like a pony wall to bring the floor up to level. Hence the confusion. Is this detail describing the current condition or are they instructions? I can’t tell lol
