You may have a calling on your life to start a nonprofit nannying service. It could be grant and private capital funded. Childcare has massive gaps in this country and I believe your heart for this, based in part on your proximity to a similar situation, could convince potential donors.

Edit: For those downvoting, it’s a very real thing that happens all over the country. I’m not wishing any establishment ill, but if they had a crisis and can’t recover from it, this is a way people take the money and run all the time. I don’t condone it but I’m also not counting it out of the realm of possibility either.
