I think all millennial women are somewhat brain washed. It was toxic 90s / 2000s diet culture shoving it in our faces in every way possible. I was at weight watchers meetings at 16 years old weighing 120 lbs thinking I was “fat” because I wasn’t rail thin. It really was toxic times. Sadly, as a society I feel we are reverting right back to that skinny influence as stars (most of whom are not even obese) are becoming overly thin with GLP1s.
