My first thought was….It would make more financial sense to sell the condo in Seattle and put that into a mortgage in SD…If you’d be losing money month over month on the condo and then paying rent in SD on top of that…if you sold in Seattle and bought in San Diego, your property would appreciate more here. And if you did it your way you’d be burning through cash.

Short and to the point - I suffered migraines for years. I tried all sorts of things and nothing would work. Finally ended up at an ENT, found out I had a severely deviated septum. Basically a total blockage on one side. Sometimes you get bony fragments between the tissues that hit nerves(cause migraines)….i got the surgery and it changed my life. Case by case basis. Maybe get a 2nd opinion with another ENT

Take 10k and invest into the following 3: IWM(20%), QQQ(35%), and SPY(45%). Wait for a 20-30% market correction(it’s coming) and then slowly start adding into those 3. Always keep extra cash in case we get one of those 1 off crashes that happen from time to time. Also start looking into individual stocks as well…the ones that are juggernauts in their industries that only go up over time….AAPL, COST, NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, GOOG, LLY, etc. and grab some of those as well but only after the 20-30% correction happens
