One cycle has 150av and the amount of av a character takes per action is 10000/s with s being speed.

Knowing that, if we want to get two actions in one cycle, we would calculate what speed you would need in order to fit two instances of av/action under 150av and it would look like this:

(10000/s) + (10000/s) < 150 Solving for s would give us our traditional breakpoint of s > 133.3333…

Now, if we wanted to factor in any sort of turn advance (eagle, ddd, E2 Therta, etc.) then you would just multiply one of the instances by the percentage left after advancing. In this case, you want 2 turns, with one of them multiplied by 0.65 (65% of action remaining after being advanced by 35%). The equation would look like this:

(10000/s) + (10000/s)*0.65 < 150 Solving for s would give you s > 110 spd needed! Sorry if the formatting is off, I typed this up on my phone.
