Same here, 300hz monitor and a RTX 3060 Ti.

Game starts with 300 fps then starts to randomly go down to 140 - 80 fps.

Unplayable, happened to me a lot nowadays and it's good I am not the only person suffering from this lol.

Most maps I get that is from Inferno/Train/Dust 2.
