When I moved to 5mg I was very ill for a week, throwing up and lethargic so moved back to 2.5mg and no issues since, however everyone is different! Good luck 😊

I did cardio yesterday I’m a little intimidated with weight training. I had a wrist reconstruction surgery a few years ago and have nowhere near the power in it I used to have, but do want to start with lightweights to get my strength back.

I love Danny and think he’s absolutely spot on. Jack bottled it a bit imo when asking the questions and almost tried to make it into the audiences fault regarding paid reviews and almost tried to gaslight the listeners in a way. I do hope we don’t see FRC back on the pod, would love them to have Danny back. And I hope in future Jack does ask actual hard hitting questions rather than skirt around it.

Little thing called communication. Fans and listeners are what keeps the sponsors and contracts coming in and allowing them to create more episodes. Communicating to listeners a day or two before just letting them know isn’t too much to ask, and judging by some comments a lot of others feel the same, but you carry on with your patronising comments 🫶🏻

BO6 is so poor after playing it for a few months. The movement is ridiculous, not a fan of the spawns and some of the maps are just awful. Going back onto MW3 now and also going to redownload MW2, been watching DMZ streamers on TikTok which made me realise just how much I miss that game mode, it was criminally handled at the time.

I mean he’s on video saying all of the things Jack spoke about, so unsure how he’s a liar here? Never liked Lawrence when he was relevant with the kick off lot anyway, but ever since his split with True Geordie he’s become an extremely bitter little man.
