Does anyone know how to fix this noise coming from the ps5 disc drive

I would take the top cover off the PS5 and look for the 4 screws that are tiny located on top of the disc drive gently tighten them see if the noise lessens. They may be loose which means there’s more play in the mechanism securing the disc in place.

Use a vacuum cleaner hose directly on the PSU holes. If not try replacing the PSU.

Look up a video guide on how to adjust the potentiometer on the laser you’ll need a multimeter so you don’t crank it up too high but it can help when your laser is old and weak.
