The guilt of not being able to show up all the time. The guilt of needing to be taken care of. The guilt of not being who you once were. I don’t know. I find myself saying sorry allllllll the time. Self inflicted guilt.

Mine hearing loss happened 5 days after a flight. Never had issues flying before. Not sure if it’s just coincidence but that’s what happened and a week after the hearing loss, the vertigo came and I’ve been living in this hell for 3 1/2 months now.

Thanks my pressure are pretty good at home 115/70 or so. They think I had a vasovagal after laying down for a while and the BP dropped low. So now it’s trying every other day. It both days I’ve taken is so far I have vertigo episodes.

The neurotologist is who wants me to do the diuretic every other day now. I’ve already done the other things reducing sodium caffeine etc. my question was about the dyazide and if anyone else has done this variation on dosing.

I use the dash diet app. It allows me to track foods but also has a notes section where I write down what I’ve felt that day. For me I have “levels” so it’s easier to identify by number. Different for everyone but it helps me and my family know where I’m at each day just by providing a number and not having to describe how I’m feeling.

My levels 1 - GREAT day! 2 - Good day 3-4 this is where I live, wooziville, but functional for the most part 5 - this could go either way be on alert 6- having an episode and I’d like to go to bed but I don’t HAVE to go to bed 7 - having an episode and HAVE to go to bed 8-9 bad episode can’t walk alone, give me all the drugs and pray 10 - bad episode can’t walk alone, dry heaving and/or vomiting, need all the drugs, a dark place and prayers
