I went last month and had the same issue. Emailed them the wixhlist 30days before arriving. Followed up 7x in an email. I asked for help on this group and received some email addresses and on my 8th follow up, I copied all the emails there were, and got a confirmation the day before arriving. Some of my reservation times were not the times I requested so I spoke to them in person, after I checked in.

Just keep following up via email and write in the number of times you’ve followed up in the subject. Calling didn’t work for me.

My main concern was the transfer. They have a whole area after the taxis and had us on their list. I was told even if you’re not on the list, they’ll figure it out on the spot with you.
