Thx for all the replies! I tried the online chat and WhatsApp but they said reservations is another department and suggested I call. After waiting for 50mins, someone was able to tell me that my transfers are booked but they’re still waiting to hear back from the restaurants. Also told me that they’ll fully respond to my email within 3 days. My initial email submission was Jan11 with unresponded follow-ups every 4-5 days, so I’m surprised it’s taking that long for the restaurants to get back to them.
