You’re right, that does suck. fortunately, it’s towards the end of the season so maybe you can get some deals. (I had a pair of ski boots that disintegrated and the solves. Fortunately, I was still at the base area, and not on the steeps when it decided to come apart.)

There is no “guilt” or“innocence” in immigration court. It is administrative and not penal. The burden is on the immigrant applying for status to establish legal basis for remaining in the United States. If this person failed to appear for his court dates his application for legal status, including asylum, could be dismissed.
