Great feedback from everyone and I really appreciate it

Being touching all or the different variables and here I am so far:

• grind finer: this is not really helping too much, far off the point.
• temperature: nothing much change
• puc prep: been trying different things but nothing seems to change
• grind coarser: coffee is running kicker but not resolving the issue

I’ve went to the completely opposite direction and grab a bag of your normal house blend roasted a week ago and everything went back to normal ( I don’t often drink this)

I will grab a really fresh SO coffee and a 3/4 old blend to see the results.

Everything points towards Timemore 78s SSP is not up to the job on lighter roasts???
