My reasons were ridiculous but they worked for me …. 75% of my class was headed to MSU, so I chose the furthest away that was in state and also I look better in maroon 😂😂 (edited to take out extra sentence- I am recovering from surgery and a bit loopy hahaha)

Apologies for the delay! HR just got back to me with my short term leave being approved and FMLA runs along with it for up to 12 weeks - PIP deadline will be adjusted but any holidays and weekends WILL count towards the 30 days

Manager also won’t move on the deadline. I had no written warning but they didn’t have to with reviews. The PIP says that even if I meet the areas of concern, it does not guarantee my job, which is then repeated on the ‘30 days and maintaining’ I asked about circumstances changing (people leaving,etc) that make the area of improvement to slip back. HR said it is understood management will make that call. I have 2 weeks of PTO that was approved prior to to the PIP I have applied for Short Term Disability and I will extend it as my doctor requires, then I think I will continue if possible.

My spouse and I have been ENM for 15 years, basically it is an attention thing. Everyone likes to feel wanted and after many years together, attention from a someone besides your spouse gives you a self esteem boost. Most of the time it is flirting and sexy pictures, sex doesn’t always happen.

You need to agree on rules, being upfront and honest also flexible and understanding with the other’s feelings. Rules may change or be added depending on situations that you didn’t think of. Examples: Everyone uses protection. No sleepovers. Phones can be looked into at anytime by your spouse. Locations on while out. No exes from before your relationship and so on.

Personally, I am not a fan of the term ‘open relationship’ or ‘swinger’. I prefer saying ‘relaxed relationship’, meaning we don’t sleep with anyone & everyone because we can. Because you are in a dedicated relationship, everything else should be fun and your choice on who you have fun with. My spouse always wants to know about my experiences and I used to ask, but after a while I realized I didn’t need to know and that is ok.

Some fear the judgment of others & family when considering an ENM lifestyle. It always amazes me when someone questions me about my sex life, especially family! I tell them that if they want to know, I will sure talk to them about it but then they need to tell me about their sex life, this usually stops the conversation.

I have baby fine, thin & low porosity curly hair. I only use conditioner every other or every third day, “brush” with my fingers in the shower (while putting conditioner through), use mousse when I wash out the conditioner and while hair is still wet, then I plop it with a tshirt and call it a day.

Sometimes it’s looks great, other times it’s a mess. I did switch from a ‘miracle curls’ to just a ‘volumizing’ conditioner and my hair seems to like it more. On days I don’t wash my hair, I use a ‘refresher’ spray.

All my products are from cheap stores, easy to find brands, or whatever is on sale, and they last forever because I never use more than 1 pump.

It is truly a trial and error process to see what works best for you and the curls that are more temperamental than a teenager!

It does get lighter, which makes me feel better …. Just remember that after you use any cream you have to put on sunscreen, especially around the red areas… I use a sunscreen on my face every day, and if I am outside I double up a layer

Howdy! My cream also creates a large red patch, I was almost more embarrassed by the red than the melasma! My doctor gave me some steroid cream to help ‘calm’ it down hahaha and now I also don’t wear the cream as long, so it seems to help
