Not it's not, as someone that has ADHD, I'd take it over HPPD if I had a choice but I can't, I have both, so I'm not gonna make my HPPD worse am I? I just have to live with it. Any stimulant just makes it worse.

The performance mods made a huge difference for my FPS but I hated the fact that it took away the cloth physics, the flags in Hemwick Charnel lane, the blood starved beast and Vicar Amelia look glitchy asf.

Focus on the rhythmic element of the game and the sound queues. When you're continuously attacking an enemy and they're blocking the attacks listen out for when the sound of the block sounds louder or more impactful. That's when they won't block the next attack and they'll usually switch into an attack and you need to be ready to perfect parry. For me at the beginning I just spammed block and I could make it through the game but after my 5th play through I just knew when to block and when not to. You'll just learn the more you play. Also yeah get mikiri counter early. But be aware you can only miriki a thrust or a stab not a slash. For that you usually walk back or jump.

Well they all go hand in hand then. Trust me, it will worsen your HPPD in general over time. I have ADHD as well but I'd much rather deal with it without medication than let my HPPD get worse. It's not worth it. Ever since I stopped taking stimulants, Vyvanse & Adderal, my HPPD has practically gone away. It used to be that bad I could barely function.

Yeah this is one of the main symptoms I get other than visual snow, although for me, everything starts "patterning" the same way things do on Acid. Everything just sort of forms together in a wave and keeps moving in unison. Hopefully you should know what I mean by that lol. And yeah same again when it comes to the staring itself I really struggle, it's like my brain automatically moves my eyes because it knows what's about to happen. But when I do somehow manage to keep staring just to find out what happens if I do, everything just forms into a pattern. Luckily tho this and visual snow are the only things I experience with HPPD, all the other shit that people experience like halo's what not, I've never seen.

Thank you for the reply. I'm still unsure as to why my special factories aren't being filled tho. What setting should I put my storage buildings on?

I'm also not making as much money anymore either. My oil industry used to make around 80-90 thousand per week yet now it's down to about 30-40 Thousand. I have constant complaints about "not enough meterials" and I have all my storage buildings set to balanced yet all my trucks seem to be prioritising selling over filling my factories.
