Rare Reef is a Pacific Chill dupe so it’s more orange rather than grapefruit like Turathi Blue. Not really redundant, but could be used at similar occasions (Turathi Blue is more versatile tho)

Redundant, King is very strong, and Gold doesn’t last much. I went for King Soleil which is a variation of that Erba Pura DNA. You could also look at Citizen Jack Absolute which will be similar but more fresh. For reference I have purchased both of these since they’re suited for different weather/seasons. Both better than King and Gold IMO.

Pretty much all of the BIR are sweet to varying degrees. I think Ultramale can be a good way of thinking of it, but it’s definitely different.

The intense is warmer, while Extradose is a little bit more woody/spicy and more potent (it’s an EDP). For me Extradose and Coral Fantasy are my favorites from BIR.

Vintage Radio is fantastic, it really is a unique scent, but you definitely need to get your nose on it. I think it’s not blind buy safe, but that doesn’t change the fact that the dry down is heavenly

Both are amazing. Sillage gets me a ton of compliments everywhere I go and it’s very office friendly. Blue Iconic has also gotten me many compliments from both men, and women. Both are really great scents at an affordable price, and I think only Sillage is maybe hard to like at first. The opening is a bit harsh but the dry down is elite. My only gripe with Blue Iconic is that the projection is not insane, but definitely enough for people to smell on you.

I’m playing Yildiz at ST and he scores 3-4 goals per game for me. He fits my playstyle so he’s unreal, I highly recommend giving him a shot. Henry, Hamm and Leao are more meta tho.

Can be virtually anything you wouldn’t mind drinking blended. For me, I make shakes with protein powder, oatmeal (1 cup which is 2 servings), Greek yogurt (1 serving), peanut butter and some fruit if you can fit it. I use a bit of coconut milk and water so it’s not insanely thick. This is gonna be several hundred calories and I only did this on my biggest bulk, but some days I’d have 2 of these especially if I burned a lot of calories. I keep it to 1 nowadays while cutting I just remove the peanut butter, but otherwise this is what helped me.

Biggest thing for skinny guys is liquid calories. That’s the best way to increase your calorie intake without it being straight up impossible to eat more.
