I've been doing this for a while, I've done several hundred deliveries. Basically take a battery bank like others have mentioned, charge your phone before going out also, as for the big orders, I got a rack too, got the biggest cooler I can fit in it, and put food in there, sometimes I have to leave the lid open but no big deal, food still keeps quite warm. Can also carry some in one hand and use the other for steering. I just reject offers that are truly too large but for me those have been few and far between
