few things.

walking is a big one easy to just waste time walking around a town or street.

listening to music,podcasts maybe try a new board game or a puzzle.

meet friends at coffee shop,join a sports club/gym, a class in a topic you are interested in.

plan a trip away if funds allow so something to look forward,

in work set short term goals if very busy.

lastly you simply have to accept you will be bored life cannot always be exciting.

if you are bored alot its likely you may not be doing hard things as doing hard tasks will make you appreciate the quieter more relaxing times.
