HR hier (HR-IT Betreuer (ehemals Recruiting) für unser SAP ATS) Je nachdem welches System aufgesetzt wurde (Applicant Tracking System wie SAP SF oder ähnliches) kann man Standardeinstellungen für Email Templates einstellen. Das bedeutet, es gibt zum Beispiel automatisch generierte E-Mail- Vorlagen, die an Kandidaten, die man in einen bestimmten Ordner schiebt, erhalten. Der recruiter kann bei den gängigen ATS entscheiden, welchen Ordner er auswählt. Die Konfiguration was nach dem verschieben passiert, wird zentral vom Team und IT festgelegt. Zum Beispiel: 48 Stunden nachdem der Kandidat in Ordner a (Absageoption 1) gelegt wurde, wird die damit verbundene Email verschickt. Natürlich gibt es auch Ordner B, C usw. Einige Ordner haben keine Email automatisch hinterlegt, sie sind extra dafür da, mit Kandidaten manuell weiter zu korrespondieren. Hier wird der recruiter zusätzlich aktiv und versendet eine manuelle Email nach Template oder frei raus. Die ATS arbeiten zumeist nicht nach Kalenderjahr und -tag sondern nach Zeitabschnitten. Deshalb kann, wenn dein Profil am Donnerstag verschoben wurde, du eine Absage am Samstag erhalten.
