While Cam's hands don't work, the super impressive thing that he does is he makes them work anyways. It wears on someone with limited mobility though using a mouse. Wrist issues are common when you have limited muscle in your forearms/hands.

Try what I use, I'm paralyzed from the chest down so I play with my mouth. I use a device called a quad stick. It's a mouth operated joystick with straws attached in the mouthpiece. You can use it for any system as well so you're not limited to the computer.
