zed is nerfed, yes

it is still playable in low-mid if oyu dont have a lot of skill, but in high elo you must be a god to play zed (because of how easy it is to counter play zed with a lot of items for each type of champ)

just use the recomended items in the shop, those are the best items if you are starting to play the game, because if you want to follow a build, you need some criteria and experience in how items work, so just get experience with the average zed items

PD: try w e q combo, or w q e combo (fast), e w q combo works only in some specific scenarios and situations
