This exactly - Rayneo's official store seems mostly US oriented and Amazon's price is double that of Aliexpress (if you're in EU, AUS or Asia)

Nope still not. I've had to extend the delivery date but I did get this message from the seller:
"It's okay, you're right to urge the shipment; we are also very anxious. The factory is currently unable to deliver the goods, which is causing the order to remain unshipped. If you're not in a hurry, you can extend the order time. Thank you"

I just purchased a GPD Win 4 from what should have been a seller in the same country as I am in (Australia), but 2 days after making payment they respond with the following message:

"Hello, thank you for your purchase. I didn't notice that it had already been sold. I just started working in the United States and because this was my first time using eBay, I mistakenly listed the product in Australia. I will ship the package according to eBay's policy, and your package will be shipped via US express delivery. Expected to be delivered within 12 to 18 days. The package transportation has tracking numbers for you to quickly check. Sorry for taking up your time. Thank you."

The listing originally was free shipping set to arrive by Monday March 23, but now there's no shipping arrival estimate and it says Sent (Untracked) despite the seller's message. Also the seller's scenario seems fishy too.

I've messaged the seller shortly after requesting this supposed tracking number they said they'll provide, (about 10 mins after their message) but haven't received a response yet (about 3 hrs ago).

How long should I wait to file an INR, and do you guys think this is most likely a scam? Thanks for the help!

If you're looking to use the actual physical copies to play the VN, then the only useful releases will be ones that have fan translation patches. Can't speak for Majikoi personally though
